Body Ready Method

As a certified Body Ready Method (BRM) Pro, I have been trained to asses and help your prepare your body for pregnancy and birth. During our session(s) I will assist you in creating balance and space while I also promoting strength and building resiliency in your body to support a physiological birth. I will suggest positions, gentle exercises, and use hands-on techniques to start your birth prep. I can also help prepare you for the postpartum or meet with you in the immediate postpartum so that you can slowly start to support the new you.

Postpartum Support

$55-$65 an hour

Wrap around support giving you the ability to take care of your baby while we take care of you. Includes feeding & sleep support, light housekeeping, light meal prep, & baby care.

Wrap Around Care with

The Dedicated Doula Team

When you hire me you are hiring a doula from The Dedicated Doula Team. This means that while I am your primary doula, you get to meet my primary backup doulas. You also get welcomed into our community of clients and invitations to any of our events. You also get what we call "Wrap Around Care" support that begins with pregnancy and continues well on into the postpartum. On our team we have life session photographers, a placenta encapsulation expert, lactation educator, child birth educators, a student midwife and more.
